Registration & Account

The 5k5k5 registration form takes under 2 minutes to complete. You enter your full name, CPF, date of birth, phone number, email, and create a password. You will then receive a confirmation email right away — click the link, access the platform, and you are ready to make your first Pix deposit. From sign-up to first bet, the whole process typically takes under 5 minutes.

5k5k5 is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal. Each user may hold only one active account — the system detects and closes duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, email, phone number, or device. Creating an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's details during registration is not permitted.

It is not required for initial registration. You fill out the form and can start depositing and betting right away. Identity verification (KYC) — which may require a government-issued ID and proof of address — is requested before withdrawals above certain amounts or when the system flags a need for additional confirmation. Verification is quick and completed securely within the platform, in compliance with the LGPD.

On the 5k5k5 login page, click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email and you will receive a reset link within 5 minutes — check your spam folder too. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support via live chat or at contato@5k5k5.net to recover your account with CPF-based identity confirmation.

No. The 5k5k5 Terms & Conditions allow only one active account per CPF. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device are automatically identified and closed. Any balance in those accounts may be held for review. Attempts to abuse promotions through multiple accounts result in a permanent ban.

You can request account closure through 5k5k5 support via live chat or email at contato@5k5k5.net. Before closure, any available balance is processed for withdrawal via Pix. If you are struggling with problem gambling, we recommend using the permanent self-exclusion tool available in your account settings — it takes effect immediately and blocks re-registration with the same CPF. Deposits & Withdrawals

5k5k5 accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL and with no fees charged by the platform: Pix (instant, 24h, minimum R$ 10.00), boleto bancário (up to 1 business day, minimum R$ 20.00), credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, and Elo (processed in minutes, minimum R$ 20.00), PicPay (minutes, minimum R$ 10.00) and Mercado Pago (minutes, minimum R$ 10.00). Pix is the fastest and recommended method.

The minimum deposit via Pix, PicPay, and Mercado Pago is R$ 10.00. For bank boleto and credit/debit card, the minimum is R$ 20.00. There is no set maximum deposit, though withdrawals above certain amounts may require full identity verification (KYC). To activate the 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00, the minimum qualifying deposit is R$ 20.00.

Withdrawals at 5k5k5 are processed exclusively via Pix, delivered within 15 minutes to the Pix key linked to your account holder's CPF. The service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 and 5k5k5 charges no fee. For withdrawals above certain amounts, completed identity verification (KYC) may be required on your account.

Under normal circumstances, Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. If yours has taken longer, the most common reasons are: a pending identity verification (KYC) on your account, a mismatch between the Pix key provided and the CPF on file, or a security review triggered for withdrawals above certain amounts. In any of these cases, 5k5k5 support is available 24 hours a day via live chat to check the status and get it resolved quickly.

No. 5k5k5 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals made through the platform. Deposit R$ 100.00 via Pix and R$ 100.00 is credited to your account — no deductions. Withdraw R$ 200.00 and R$ 200.00 lands on your Pix key — no fee. Any TED costs, IOF on international transactions, or card operator fees are independent of 5k5k5 and do not apply to standard Pix transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions

The 5k5k5 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Here's how it works: deposit R$ 100.00 and get R$ 100.00 in bonus funds — R$ 200.00 total to bet with. Deposit R$ 500.00 and get R$ 500.00 in bonus funds — R$ 1,000.00 total. The bonus is applied automatically on your first qualifying deposit of at least R$ 20.00, with no promo code or support contact needed. Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements — read the full conditions in the Terms & Conditions.

Rollover is the number of times your bonus balance must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example: if the rollover is 5x and you received R$ 100.00 in bonus funds, you need to place a total of R$ 500.00 in qualifying bets to unlock the balance. Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover completion — the exact amount and full conditions are in the Terms & Conditions. We recommend reading them before claiming the bonus to avoid any surprises.

Yes. Inside your 5k5k5 account you have access to exclusive promotions for registered users: reload bonuses, free bets on selected Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil matches, weekly cashback for active bettors, slots tournaments with BRL prizes, and seasonal offers tied to events like UFC fight nights, cup finals, and key dates on the Brazilian sports calendar. Active promotions appear in your account area after you log in.

Every bonus at 5k5k5 has a deadline for use and a deadline to complete the rollover, both stated in the promotion's terms. If the deadline passes without the rollover being met, the remaining bonus balance is removed from your account — your real deposited funds are not affected. If you believe there was an error with the deadline applied to your account, contact support via live chat and the case will be reviewed individually.
Sports Betting

5k5k5 covers a wide sports schedule with a strong focus on the Brazilian market: football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga), MMA and UFC across all major cards, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, League of Legends, Dota 2), tennis, Formula 1, and more. Pre-match and live betting with cash out available on major events.

Live betting at 5k5k5 lets you place wagers on matches and events already in progress, with odds updating in real time as the action unfolds. Access the Live Betting in the navigation, view events currently available, and place bets in one click. Cash out — which lets you settle a bet before the final result to lock in part of your winnings or cut your losses — is available on the main football, MMA, and e-sports markets.

If a wagered event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void, the bet is automatically refunded to your 5k5k5 account for the full amount staked. For parlay (accumulator) bets, the voided selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated without that event. The refund appears in your account within a few hours of the cancellation being confirmed. Specific cases are covered in the Terms & Conditions.

Yes. 5k5k5 supports combination bets — also known as multiples or accumulators — where you select two or more events on the bet slip and combine them into a single wager. The odds for each selection are multiplied together, increasing the potential payout. To win, every selection on the ticket must be correct. Combination bets on events within the same game may be subject to restrictions — check the terms for each market on the platform.

Minimum bets vary by table, with options starting at R$ 5.00 per hand. Access it through the Blackjack in the navigation.

The slots available at 5k5k5 are developed by internationally certified providers that use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent laboratories. This ensures every spin is completely random and independent of previous results — with no platform influence over outcomes. Each slot displays its RTP (Return to Player) percentage in the game information. Progressive jackpots accumulate bets from all players until the draw, with the prize paid in BRL directly to your account.

About 5k5k5 — What You Need to Know

The 5k5k5 is a Sports Betting and online casino platform built for Brazilian bettors.
