5k5k5 Terms and Conditions – General Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "5k5k5" or "Platform": the online Sports Betting and casino service available at 5k5k5.net, including all its features, sections, and content.
• "User" or "You": any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the User upon registering at 5k5k5, through which bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other operations are carried out.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the User's Account for placing bets and making withdrawals.
• "Bonus": promotional credit granted by the Platform subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer.
• "Bet": any financial prediction made by the User regarding sporting events or casino games available on 5k5k5.

To register and use 5k5k5, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be resident in Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, and email address.
• Not be under active self-exclusion or any other restriction on access to the platform.
• Not be employee, partner, or service provider of 5k5k5 or affiliated companies.

Each User may hold only one active account at 5k5k5. Duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, device, or IP address will be closed, and the balance may be held for review. 5k5k5 reserves the right to request proof of identity and residence documents at any time.

The User is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password). 5k5k5 recommends using a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and that this password not be reused on any other service.

Users must immediately notify 5k5k5 support via live chat or by emailing contato@5k5k5.net if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. All bets and transactions made using the User's credentials are the account holder's responsibility, except in proven cases of a security failure on the Platform itself.

5k5k5 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, disregard it and report it to support.

5k5k5 accepts the following payment methods, all processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — instant deposit available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Minimum amount: R$ 10.00.
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 1 business day. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• PicPay — processed within minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 10.00.
• Mercado Pago — processed within minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 10.00.

All deposits must be made by the User themselves, using payment methods registered in their own name. 5k5k5 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.

To request a withdrawal at 5k5k5, the User must have a verified account (KYC complete) and an available balance equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 20.00.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, within 15 minutes after the request, sent directly to the Pix key registered on the account. The withdrawal Pix key must be registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5k5k5 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or in cases where irregular activity is suspected. In such cases, the User will be notified by support and given a deadline to submit the required documentation.

5k5k5 offers betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and other leagues), basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball (Superliga), MMA and UFC, tennis (ATP and WTA), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and more.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 5k5k5:

• Confirmed bets are binding and cannot be canceled by the User after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, all bets will be refunded to the User's balance, unless the specific rules of the market wagered on indicate a different procedure.
• 5k5k5 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, notifying the User and returning the wagered amount to their balance.
• Bets placed after an event has started without the live betting feature active will be considered void and refunded.

The cash out allows the User to close a bet before the final result, at the value displayed on screen at the time of the request. Cash out is subject to availability by event and market, and 5k5k5 may suspend it at any time during live events without prior notice.

5k5k5 offers a wide range of casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and crash games. Automated games use a random number generator (RNG) audited by independent certification bodies, ensuring fair and random outcomes.

The following tools are available directly in your 5k5k5 account settings, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit daily, weekly, or monthly — sets the maximum amount that can be deposited within the period.

• Temporary break — suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently closes the account and blocks re-registration with the same CPF.

5k5k5 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Users will be notified by email and/or through a notice on the platform itself, with at least 7 days in advance before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.

5k5k5 strives to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily inaccessible due to maintenance, system updates, or force majeure events.

5k5k5 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User, connectivity issues on the User's end, or misinterpretation of odds or market rules.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or a mistaken bet settlement, 5k5k5 will take all reasonable steps to correct the error and will notify affected Users. The maximum reimbursement in cases of proven technical failure is limited to the amount wagered by the User in the affected transaction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from this document or from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo – SP, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
